The First Friday in Diner Boy’s facility was a failure, as was the farmers market. Stop trying to place big-city programs in a blighted town. In 1964 (the centennial) all store fronts were filled, clean and painted! Then came George Dillard and his HUD program. There is no pride on Main Street. Start with borough council to clean up Main Street!
