KidsPeace names Vice President

Kids­Peace announced that Ashleigh B. Anderson, D.O., has been named to the newly created position of Vice President of Medical Affairs, Residential and Community Programs. In this role she will continue to provide clinical leadership support to these programs, which account for the majority of the nearly 12,000 clients for which KidsPeace provides care each year.

Dr. Anderson, of Bethlehem, joined KidsPeace in 2014 following completion of her residency and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia, in 2009. She has been published in several academic journals, and is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as the American Psychiatric Association.

In addition to her administrative duties, Dr. Anderson will continue to provide clinical care to clients in the programs at KidsPeace’s residential programs at the Orchard Hills Campus in Orefield.
