Intro to mindfulness mediation

Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately? Too much screen time and not enough “me” time? Heritage Hill Senior Community invites you to an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation and lunch at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 1.

Eastern civilizations have been practicing mindfulness for centuries. It’s the antidote to our overconnected society.

Special guest John Paul Marosy will give a brief introduction into the popularized practice, followed by a guided meditation and discussion. Experience the immediate health benefits. Comfortable clothing is suggested.

Marosy is the regional director of operations at Heritage Senior Living. He also trained at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Lunch will be provided to attendees, courtesy of Heritage Hill.
