Electronic recycling

Eldred Township provides an electronics recycling program as a service to its residents. Each year from May until the end of September, township residents only may bring their old televisions, computers, monitors and other components to the municipal building for recycling.

In order to be able to continue to provide this service, only items on the acceptable list may be brought to the township.

Recently, the public service workers have reported a large number of items being dropped off that do not meet the criteria, such as microwave ovens, radios, etc.

For a detailed list of appropriate items that can be brought to the township, contact the township office.
