State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported on the following incidents.

• Staci Louise Follweiler, 49, of Kutztown, was cited by state police with disorderly conduct after a disturbance at 6:02 p.m. May 15 at on Springhouse Road in Lynn Township. Police said it is alleged she arrived at the scene and yelled at the owner of a business there. Police said it was the fourth time since May 9 that Follweiler had acted in this manner.

• State police are investigating a forgery case that happened on May 31 at on Lark Street in Lowhill Township. The victim is a 60-year-old Fogelsville man. Someone cashed a fraudulent check from the man’s bank account.
