May 4, 2012 — Nicole Kregeloh knocks in five runs to help Pleasant Valley pull away from Lehighton for a 12-3 Mountain Valley Conference win. Kregeloh drills a three-run triple during a six-run second inning, and adds a two-run single in the fifth. Jordan Meckes contributes a two-run double and scores a pair of runs, while Diane Klaypatch collects a single and two RBIs. The Bears, coached by Steve Caffrey, also receive an RBI hit from Tracey Deubler and a hit and run scored from Madison Shaneberger. Hailey Marini pitches a three-hitter to earn the win.
