It’s the Reader’s Turn at Pleasant Valley Elementary

“What do you do at home on snow days, and what about spring are you most looking forward to?

Mya Williams,third grade“I love sledding and building snowmen on snow days. I am looking forward to spring because my birthday is on March 31. I would like to go horseback riding for my birthday.”
Sarah Jhingoerie,third grade“When it is too cold to go outside to play, my sister and I like to stay in and play board games. We also like to play ‘Welcome to the Classroom,’ a game that we made up. When we get bored, we just invent new games. I am looking forward to my birthday which is on March 27. I enjoy seeing all the bright colors of spring and fresh flowers.”
Madd Scemica,first grade“I love to go sledding on snow days. In the spring I am looking forward to going hiking.”
Lila Triolo,kindergarten“I like to have snowball fights with my family when it snows. I can’t wait to ride my bike in the spring.”
Jakob Williamson,first grade“I like playing outside in the snow and I like to go sledding. I also enjoy pulling my little sister around on the sled. In the spring I would like to go swimming and play a Hula-Hoop game that I made up.”
Wyatt Breuer,second grade“I like to ride my snowmobile with my brother William and we also play board games. This spring we are going to build a new tree fort up high in the trees. We are going to make it just like a home.”
