A Lehigh County woman is facing a retail theft charge following an incident at a Schuylkill County store.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Anna Rush, 63, of New Tripoli, was observed on video surveillance removing price tags from various items in the Goodwill Store, located at 1544 Route 61 South, in North Manheim Township, and affixing those stickers at a lower price onto other items that were purchased. The incident occurred about 3:06 p.m. on March 15.

Charges were filed at the office of District Judge James Ferrier of Orwigsburg.
