The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced the following road work:

Carbon County

• Paving on Plains Road between Route 93 and Lehigh Gorge Road on Friday. Lane restriction with flagging with be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Paving on Interstate 80 between the Monroe and Luzerne County lines from Monday to Tuesday. Westbound lane restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.

• Paving on Interstate 80 between Luzerne and Monroe County lines from Wednesday and Thursday. Eastbound lane restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Paving on Route 248 between Route 209 and Route 873 Monday through Thursday. Lane restriction will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Paving on Route 902/9th Street between Route 443 and Mahoning Street on Friday. Lane restriction with flagging will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Bridge repair on Route 209 between Route 443 and Route 248 Monday though Wednesday. Lane restriction with flagging for work on the bridge will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Monroe County

• Pothole patching on Interstate 380 between Exit 3 (Rout 940) and Exit 1 (JCT I-80) from today through Thursday. Southern lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Spray patching will be done on Interstate 80 from Exit 293 (JCT I-380) and Exit 284 (Route 115) through Thursday. Western lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Spray patching on Route 115 between Kuhenbeaker Road and the Luzerne County line on Thursday. Lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Route 940 between Interstate 380 and Route 423 on Friday. Lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Schuylkill County

• Pothole patching will be done on Route 443 between Route 61 and Philadelphia Road through Friday. Lane restriction with flagging will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Route 209 between Tamaqua and Coaldale through Friday. Lane restriction with flagging will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Interstate 80 between Exit 104 (Route125) and Exit 112 (Route 25) through Thursday. Lane restriction in both directions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Crack sealing will be done on Interstate 81 between Exit 119 (Highridge Park Road) and Exit 124 (Route 61) today. Lane restriction in both directions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Interstate 81 between Exit 131 (Route 54) and the Luzerne County line through Thursday Lane restriction in both directions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Route 61 between Pottsville city and Ashland borough from through Friday. Lane restriction with flagging will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Northampton County

• Pothole patching will be done on Route 33 between Main Street and Route 191 on Wednesday. Northbound lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Route 33 between PA 191 and the Belfast Exit on Tuesday. Northbound lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Pothole patching will be done on Interstate 78 between Exit 67 (Route 412) and Exit 75 (Route 611) today. Lane restriction with several rolling road blocks on the eastbound route will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Bridge repair will be done on Interstate 78 between Exit 71 (Route 33) and Exit 75 (Route 611) on Wednesday. Eastbound lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Bridge repair will be done on Interstate 78 between Exit 75 (to Route 611) and Exit 71 (Route 33) on Thursday. Westbound lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Inspection will be done on Interstate 78 between Route 33 and State Route 2005 on Wednesday. Eastbound lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Inspection will be done on Interstate 78 between Exit 71 (Route 33) and Exit 75 (to Route 611) on Thursday. Westbound lane restriction will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lehigh County

• Bridge repair will be done on Main Street in Washington Township between Route 873 and Walnutport Borough through Wednesday. Lane restriction with flagging will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
