Palmerton police report

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

DUI: Tiffany Hittner, 35, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, persistent disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, careless driving, and driving at an unsafe speed, for an incident Dec. 13 at Fifth Street and Alley F.

Brad Bowman, 37, Bowmanstown, was charged with four counts of DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection, general lighting requirements, operation following suspension of registration, required financial responsibility, registration card to be signed and exhibited on demand, registration and certificate of title required, and careless driving, for an incident Jan. 8 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Bryce Allen, 25, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI and general lighting requirements, for an incident Oct. 21 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

James Ruff, 40, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI and turning movements and required signals, for an incident Dec. 1 on Hillside Avenue.

Forgery: A juvenile referral was filed against a 13-year-old Palmerton boy for six counts of forgery, six counts of criminal conspiracy, unlawful duplication, and unlawful device making equipment possession, for an incident in January 2018.

Harassment: Justin Fritz, 29, Lehighton, was charged with harassment, for an incident Feb. 3 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Maximum gross weight: Christoph Henry, 38, Parsippany, New Jersey; Johan Ramirez, 32, Morristown, New Jersey; Rodrigo Arrango-Atehortua, 60, Dover, New Jersey; Jonathan Flores, 22, Belleville, New Jersey; Lenin Larancuent, 43, Mt. Arlington, New Jersey; Ramiro Gavilanez, 38, Kearny, New Jersey; Carlos Guerra, 69, Elmont, New Jersey; and Jose FloresBuruca, 40, Morristown, New Jersey, were charged with maximum gross weight.

Citations: Police also issued one citation each for traffic violation and vehicle violation.
