A woman from Scranton was injured Wednesday morning in a crash in East Brunswick Township. The crash occurred just after 11 a.m. at the intersection of routes 895 and 443. The female was traveling east on Route 443 when apparently failed to stop at the intersection. She crossed Route 895 and ran off the roadway traveling hundreds of feet down a steep field into a group of trees on a tree farm. She was treated at the scene by Schuylkill paramedics and transported to a trauma center. State police at Frackville are investigating the incident. COPYRIGHT LARRY NEFF/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS
