Students of the month were honored at December’s Weatherly Area School Board meeting with Samantha Knepper taking Senior of the Month for November.

Knepper, introduced by student representative Jill Bartel, is the daughter of Melissa and William Knepper and serves as president of the WAHS chapter of the National Honor Society and SGA. She is the historian of the Class of 2018 and a member of the softball team, high school and county band and is the editor for the high school yearbook.

Middle School Principal Sandra Slavic announced Niklaus Eroh, Huntyr Eichhorst and Ethan Duff for November’s students.

Eroh was the sixth-grade student recognized and is the son of Elizabeth and Matthew Eroh. He is a Principal’s Honor Student and member of the band.

Eichhorst, seventh-grade student, is the daughter of Gloria and Gary Eichhorst and is also a Principal’s Honor Student.

Duff, the eighth-grader recognized, is son of Christopher Duff, a member of the decorating committee.
