A woman charged by Rush Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property will spend three to 12 months in Schuylkill County prison after violating the terms of her probation.

Judge James P. Goodman revoked Amber L. Faust’s

probation and ordered her to jail, giving her 24 days credit for time served.

He also ordered her to pay fines, costs and assessments, and to again get drug and alcohol counseling and comply with any treatment and aftercare recommended.

Faust, who was charged on Feb. 9, 2016, was placed on probation on Nov. 30, 2016.

In another revocation ruling, Judge John E. Domalakes sent a Burnsville man to prison for six to 12 months after revoking his probation on drug violations, and his parole for a gun-related offense.

In both cases, he failed to comply with the terms of the programs.

, 28, was charged by Pottsville police with possessing the unlicensed gun, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license on Jan. 3, 2015.

Domalakes sentenced him to 48 days to 12 months in jail.

Pottsville police also had charged Zerby with possessing the paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance on July 22, 2016.

He pleaded guilty to the paraphernalia charge on Feb. 22. The controlled substance charge was dropped.

Domalakes placed him on probation for 12 months.
