The following is a list of people in the Tamaqua and Rush Township areas who have current active warrants for their arrest as issued by District Court 21-3-06, the court of Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer.

Wanted on felony warrants are: James Deiter, Jonathan Creveling, Elliot W. Gaye, Vencient W. Royal Sr., Gabriel Elijah Cogswell, Eric Berger, Christopher Martin Miller, Shawn Carter, Deborah Golash, Matthew Eggler, Tracey Lee McCurdy, Keith Sterling McFarland, Matthew D. Komishock and Rafael Valdez-Torres.

Warrants have been issued for several people whose summons were sent back to court as undeliverable.

They include: Dustin Gene Starkey, Scott Lee Barron, Zachary David Pisanchyn, Joshua Barbosa, Keith James Schlosser, Michael A. Mattox, Brian Fritz, Eli Suveg, Ricardo Colon, Amanda McGhee, Tranelle A. Mann, Samuel R. Snyder, Christina Marie Fletcher, Jesus Ruiz, Calvin Jason Bryant, Jamal Amien Mcelligot, Thomas Mundie and Abner Rivera-Figueroa.

Defendants wanted due to failure to appear in court are: Pedro Manuel Crespo, Thomas A. Mundie Jr. and Angelina Marie Fisher.

Warrants were also issued for Cory Lynn Matalavage, Andrew J. Stahler, John Russop, Faith D. Keith, Patrick Ward Taylor, Jeffrey Jose Rios and Stephanie Parliament.
