Tamaqua police released information on several cases that resulted in citations.

• Joseph Nicholas Kamant, 24, of the 500 block of East Union Street, Tamaqua, was cited for criminal mischief after an incident on Oct. 21. Kamant damaged a gate latch and garage siding at a home on East Union Street.

• Danielle M. Fulton, 29, of the 300 block of Hazle Street, Tamaqua, was cited for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Officers were asked to do a welfare check on Fulton on Oct. 21. They found her looking pale and sweating profusely, but she declined medical treatment or assessment by EMS personnel. A bag of marijuana that was in plain sight was confiscated.

• Renato Natal, 41, of North Greenwood Street, Tamaqua, was cited for retail theft after stealing a bag of coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts, 30-32 Center St., Tamaqua, on Oct. 24. It was his third retail theft offense, making the charge a felony.
