September 11, 1982 - Marian scores two defensive touchdowns to gain a 14-7 victory over North Schuylkill. The Colts, coached by Stan Dick, open the scoring in the first quarter when John Coury intercepts a pass and returns it seven yards to the end zone. The Spartans tie the game in the second frame, but with seven minutes left to play, Coury and Ted Koval combine on a sack of John Jordan and force a fumble.
