Mac Allen will be attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

He discovered his passion for culinary arts while working at Joey B's in Palmerton, where he enjoys handcrafting specialty brick oven pizzas.He is currently a senior at Palmerton Area High School where he was on the varsity soccer team for two years.He also represented Palmerton Area High School in swimming for three years, where he qualified for districts each year.Mac is a member of Salem St. Paul Lutheran Church in Kresgeville.Mac is the son of Adrianne and Michael Allen.He has two brothers, Sawyer and Carson, and a sister, Maison.He credits Craig Borland for believing in him and being a great mentor.
