Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

DUI:Sean Moyer, 34, of Lehighton, charged with three counts of DUI, careless driving and windshield obstructions and wipers, for an incident Jan. 5 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Nelson Geigel-Cuence, 25, of Palmerton, charged with three counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, no license, careless driving and turning movements and required signals, for an incident Feb. 19 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Shane Austin, 20, of East Bangor, charged with three counts of DUI careless driving, for an incident Feb. 11 on Route 248 east.Identity theft:Daquon Brandon, 25, of Brooklyn, New York, charged with identity theft and access device fraud, for an incident on Jan. 16 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.Citations:Police also issued three citations for vehicle violations, and two each for speeding and traffic violations.
