Blue Mountain Health System will offer two food and nutrition health fairs in recognition of National Nutrition Month.

The fair at the Palmerton campus will be held March 23 in the Palmerton Hospital at 135 Lafayette Ave. in Palmerton.The fair at the Gnaden campus will be held March 28 in the hospital's ground floor lobby, 211 N. 12th St. in Lehighton.Both fairs will be from 10 a.m. to noon.The 2017 theme is "Put Your Best Fork Forward," which serves as a reminder that each one of us holds the tool to make healthier food choices.The health fairs are offered at no charge.Registered dietitians play a critical role in helping people eat right.BMHS dietitians who will offer product tastings and samples, nutrition information and literature and door prizes.They will also answer all of your nutrition-related questions.No registration is required.
