State police at the Lehighton barracks said the Blue Shamrock Restaurant and Golf Course, 2230 Fireline Road, Lower Towamensing Township, will be issued a citation for false alarms after police were called there at 10:11 a.m. Jan. 18.

Police said it is the fifth false alarm in a consecutive 12-month period.
