A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 6 pm this evening for snow accumulations of.3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations around a tenth of an inch.
Snow could be heavy for a couple of hours before changing to sleet and freezing rain between 9 and 11 a.m. Pockets of light freezing rain or freezing drizzle will persist into the afternoon and possibly this evening.
Temperatures will rise into and through the 20s this morning and into the lower 30s sometime this afternoon. Temperatures should warm considerably for a time Sunday morning before a hard freeze follows by midnight Sunday night.
