EASTON, Pa. (AP) - Defense attorneys are asking a judge to bar prosecutors from using videos authorities say show a bound and bloody murder victim along with the man accused of killing him saying "I do what I want."

Twenty-six-year-old Jeffrey Knoble of Riegelsville is charged in Northampton County in the March 2015 death of 32-year-old Andrew "Beep" White, called by authorities a "good Samaritan" who rented a room for Knoble because he had no place to stay.An Easton police investigator testified Tuesday that videos from Knoble's cellphone show him with the victim tied up and covered in blood, and the defendant's voice saying "I do what I want." In another video, he said, Knoble touches the victim's head while referencing the bullet hole that killed him. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
