A 49-year-old Catasauqua man was arrested on charges of theft of services, fraud and bad checks relating to an incident in Polk Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks did not reveal the name of the man, but said he was located and arraigned on the charges.The victim is a 38-year-old man from Kunkletown.Police said it is alleged the suspect paid the victim with a fraudulent check for approximately $9,000.
