Fairway Subaru donates to help cancer patients

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Fairway Subaru provided "warmth" recently to patients fighting cancer and their families at the Lehigh Valley Health Network.

LLS and Fairway Subaru provided blankets and messages of hope to patients undergoing cancer treatment at the LVHN at the Cancer Center in Hazleton.Visitors to the Subaru dealership were also given the chance to share personalized messages of hope to patients in their local communities which were delivered with blankets to provide comfort and warmth as they continued their fight against cancer."Through our Subaru Love Promise we aim to make the world a little better," said Richie Molinaro, marketing director for Fairway."We are proud to team up with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for Subaru Loves to Care month to help provide care and support to patients battling cancer and their families."According to the Eastern Pennsylvania chapter's executive director, Ellen Rubesin,"This initiative with Subaru is a perfect fit for LLS. Together, we are reaching and supporting even more patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
