McGruff the Crime Dog will make a special appearance at McAdoo's National Night Out event on Tuesday.

McGruff will join McAdoo Mayor Steve Holly, Police Chief Jeffrey Wainwright, council members, Fire Chief Robert Leshko and their community partners at the event, which will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at McAdoo Borough Hall.The evening will include free hot dogs, chips and drinks, child identification cards, firetruck, police and ambulance displays, child fingerprinting and more.McAdoo Borough Hall is located at 23 N. Hancock St.
