Schuylkill County court - DUI

Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin has placed five people charged with driving under the influence by local police in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Admission to the program does not involve an admission of guilt. If they successfully complete the program their records may be expunged. All were also ordered to pay court costs and fees, complete Alcohol Highway Safety School, and perform 10 hours of community service.Steven M. Bott, 52, Schuylkill Haven: Charged by Rush Township police with two counts of DUI, resisting arrest and illegal parking on June 13, 2015.Baldwin admitted Bott into the ARD program for 12 months. He ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, suspended his license for 60 days, and ordered him to undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with treatment recommendations.Baldwin also fined Bott $25 for illegal parking.Kelly M. Boesenberg, 25, Pocono Pines: Charged by McAdoo police with three counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a traffic control device on July 5, 2015.Baldwin admitted her into the ARD program for 12 months. He ordered Boesenberg to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, suspended her license for 60 days, and ordered her to undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with treatment recommendations.William Floyd Jr., 52, Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with two counts of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes on May 21, 2015.Baldwin admitted him into the ARD program for 12 months. He ordered Floyd to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, suspended his license for 30 days, and ordered him to undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with treatment recommendations.Jannett I. Orengo, 40, Hazleton: Charged by McAdoo police with three counts of DUI, speeding and restrictions on alcoholic beverages on June 7, 2015.Baldwin admitted her into the ARD program for 12 months. He ordered Orengo to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, suspended her license for 60 days, and ordered her to undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with treatment recommendations.Baldwin also fined her $25 on the restrictions charge.Harry B. Lentz III, 53, Hazleton: Charged by McAdoo police with two counts of DUI, and failing to stop for a red light on April 12, 2015.Baldwin admitted him into the ARD program for 12 months. He ordered Lentz to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program and suspended his license for 60 days.
