Crews were on the scene of a crash at Toll Road and Gum Road in Effort just after 9 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was standing upright on the telephone pole. One person was reported to have a major head injury and was flown to an area hospital. West End Volunteer Fire Department, West End Ambulance and State Police are on scene.
