State police at the Lehighton barracks said someone cut power lines at a residence in Ross Township.

The incident was reported at 5:05 a.m. Saturday by the victim, a woman who lives in Cold Spring, New York.Police said someone smashed a window at her home on Upper Smith Gap Road and cut the power lines.
