Schuylkill County Judge John J. Domalakes on June 14 dealt with four people charged by local police. All were ordered to pay court costs and fees.

David N. Benitez, 32, McAdoo: Domalakes revoked his parole in two cases.In the first, he was charged by Tamaqua police with forgery, theft, and receiving stolen property on Feb. 1, 2014.The judge disallowed the 292 days Benitez was at liberty, creating a new maximum date of Jan. 26, 2018.In the second, Benitez was charged by Kline Township police with forgery, access device fraud, theft, and receiving stolen property also on Feb. 1, 2014.In that case, Domalakes disallowed the same number of days, bringing Benitez' maximum to Feb. 12, 2018.He also ordered Benitez to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommended treatment.Bruce Matalavage, 56, Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, having a controlled substance he was not authorized to have, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia on March 11.Domalakes dissolved a bench warrant against Matalavage and remanded him to prison, ordering him to forfeit the $25,000 percentage bail he had posted.Carly Fairchild,22, Lehighton: Charged by Coaldale police with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and theft on Oct. 14, 2014.Domalakes revoked her probation and sentenced her to up to 12 months in jail, with immediate parole. He ordered her to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommended treatment.Tina M. Hosier, 30, New Philadelphia: Charged by Tamaqua police with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and theft on Nov. 4, 2014.Domalakes dissolved her bench warrant and ordered her to continue living at her address in New Philadelphia.He also ordered her to avoid drugs and alcohol, attend all of her court hearings, and get a job with 30 days.
