A man found nude at a Carbon County state park entered a guilty plea on Tuesday in the county court.

He entered a plea before Judge Joseph J. Matika.Brian Elliot Moll, 45, of Jim Thorpe, pleaded to one count of open lewdness with a count of indecent exposure dropped in a plea bargain.Moll was arrested on July 26, 2015, in the Lehigh Gorge State Park along the Rail Trail in Nesquehoning by borough police. Police responded to a report of a suspicious male. On scene they found Moll naked.Defense Attorney Matthew J. Mottola, of the public defender's office, told Matika his client has a drug abuse problem and was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time. He also admitted to abusing alcohol. Mottola said a short time after the incident Moll overdosed on meth.Matika placed him on probation for a year and ordered he get both mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations and follow any recommendations for treatment and render 50 hours of community service.
