The Lehighton Board of Education met in the high school library Monday for the purpose of reorganization.Joseph N. Bennett was re-elected president of the board and Raymond J. Rex was chosen vice president.Mr. Rex succeeds W.J. Zahn who resigned to accept the office of chief burgess, to which he was unanimously elected at the November election.A successor to Mr. Zahn will be chosen at a subsequent session.Henry J. Bobst succeeds H.W. Gernerd, whose term expired.Granville Rehrig, secretary, and Henry W. Enzian, treasurer, were elected at the July meeting of the directors.
