A bomb squad K-9 unit searched the home of Carbon County attorney Gerald Strubinger Jr. after his office and home were both threatened Tuesday afternoon.

The suspect was John Large, who is wanted by the Lansford Police Department and other agencies.

There are multiple outstanding warrants from agencies in Northampton, Lehigh and Carbon counties, according to Lansford police.

Large is also a person of interest in other on-going cases.

Large has addresses and connections in the borough of Lansford and has been reported to be in the area. Large is also known to travel outside of the state to avoid apprehension.

He was known to have been operating a Red 2008 Kia, PA registration FXW9786

Police tell people not to approach Large or make contact with him.
