Russell dissolved a bench warrant against him and set bail at $10,000 unsecured.She ordered Macharsky to continue to live at 225 Pine St., Apt. 6, and not relocate without permission. He was ordered to attend all court proceedings, not have or consume alcohol or controlled substances, and to stay out of places that serve alcohol. Macharsky also must obtain employment.
