• Christopher Weirich, 27, Coaldale: Harassment on April 11.• Joshua Joyce, 37, Palmerton: Public drunkenness on April 15.• Jarrett McConnell, 18, Kunkletown: Harassment on April 15.• Randall Kelly, 53, Lansford: Quality of life-motor vehicles on Feb. 9.• Maria Reighard, 40, Lansford: Disorderly conduct on April 13.The following people received citations for traffic violations:• Corey Schlier Jr., 28, Lansford: Driving under suspension on April 12, April 19, and April 20; driving without a license and restraint systems violations on April 12.• Elizabeth Garrett, Summit Hill: Failed to surrender her license, and having an altered license on April 6.• William Derau, 41, Summit Hill: Driving without a license and driving under suspension on April 6.• Sarah Rogers, 20, Lansford: Operating a vehicle without a valid inspection on March 24.• Rolando Horsford, 35, Lansford: Driving under suspension (DUI-related) and driving without a license on March 30.• Amber Perez, 34, Lansford: Driving under suspension on April 5 and April 11; and driving without a license on April 11.• John Souders, 60, Nesquehoning: Driving under suspension on April 12.• Frank Houser, 68, Nesquehoning: Permitting a violation of title on April 22.• Shane Houser, 18, Nesquehoning: Driving without a license on April 22.• Timothy Doyne, 31, Lansford: Driving under suspension (DUI-related), and driving without a license on April 8.
