Judge John Domalakes sentenced her to 12 months probation, and to pay court costs and fees.In other cases, Sanders was charged by Tamaqua police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 26, 2015, and Aug. 31, 2015, and was sentenced to 12 months concurrent; and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 8, 2015, with the same concurrent sentence.Alexander Riotto, 34, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with criminal attempt, terroristic threats, simple assault, open lewdness, harassment and disorderly conduct on June 29, 2015.Domalakes sentenced him to 23 months probation, and to pay court costs and fees.One count of criminal attempt, simple assault, open lewdness, harassment and disorderly conduct were dropped.Tia Wick,25, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with three counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and leaving a child in a motor vehicle on July 31, 2015.Domalakes sentenced her to two years of probation, to take parenting classes, and to pay court costs and fees.The charges of leaving a child in a vehicle were dropped.Melissa Hoegler, 36, of Hazleton: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy on Feb. 20, 2015.Domalakes sentenced her to 12 months probation, pay Walmart $398 in restitution, and to pay court costs and fees.In another case, Domalakes sentenced Hoegler to two years of probation on the same charges, this time stemming from an incident on March 3, 2015. In that case, he also ordered her to pay Walmart $1,629 in restitution.Branislav Brili,58, of Coaldale: Charged by Coaldale police with recklessly endangering another person, obedience to authorized person, duty of driver, careless driving, reckless driving, and unsafe speed on March 26, 2015.Domalakes sentenced him to 12 months probation and to pay court costs and fees.Jason Schmidt,39, of Allentown: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license on July 17, 2015.Judge Jacqueline L. Russell sentenced him to 23 months probation, 20 hours of community service, pay Walmart $896 in restitution, and to pay court costs and fees. She also fined him $500 for driving while his license was suspended.
