Baldwin accepted him into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for 12 months.He also ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program and suspended his license for 90 days.Rabenold was also ordered to pay court costs and fees, perform 10 hours of community service, and to complete the Alcohol Highway School.The headlight charge was dropped.Michelle Weaver, 43, of McAdoo: Charged by Rush Township police with driving under the influence and lane violations on April 9, 2015.Baldwin accepted her into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for 12 months.He also ordered her to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, obtain outpatient substance abuse treatment, suspended her license for 60 days,Weaver was also ordered to pay court costs and fees, perform 10 hours of community service, and to complete the Alcohol Highway School.The lane violation charge was dropped.Jake Love, 21, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, and alcoholic beverage container violations on April 3, 2015.Baldwin accepted him into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for 12 months. Love was fined $25 on the registration charge.He also ordered Love to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, obtain outpatient substance abuse treatment, suspended his license for 90 days.Love was also ordered to pay court costs and fees, perform 10 hours of community service, and to complete the Alcohol Highway School.The container violation charge was dropped.
