A woman was injured Sunday afternoon in a crash along Hahn’s Dairy road in Lower Towamensing Township. The crash occurred around 12:30 p.m. as she was traveling eastbound. The driver lost control around a curve in the roadway and the vehicle struck an embankment and rolled on its roof. The victim was treated at the scene and transported to an area trauma center. Aquashicola Fire Company and its fire police responded to the scene. State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident. Hahn’s Dairy road was closed for over an hour.
