Students from Mr. Jim George's S.S. Palmer Elementary fifth-grade class raised $1,060 for the American Heart Association, to top all of the classes in fundraising.
As a reward, students from the winning class made a sundae on health and physical fitness teacher Ryan Heller Friday afternoon.Students from S.S. Palmer and Parkside Education Center raised a combined $15,084.
