A Schuylkill County man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 1:03 a.m. Friday along Fourth Street in Norwegian Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jeffrey Tellez, 44, of Pottsville, was cited after he pushed a 47-year-old woman from Mar Lin during an argument.
