Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Palmerton will celebrate national Donate Life Month on Sundaywith a special program featuring Gift of Life Donor Program. The church is located at 502 Lafayette Ave.

Gift of Life Regional Community Relations Coordinator Susan Koomar will speak on "Myths, Miracles and Everyday Heroes" at the 9:30 a.m. adult Sunday school class and the 10:45 a.m. worship service with the Rev. Michael Frost officiating.Attendees will learn about their potential to save and heal lives through organ and tissue donation regardless of age or medical history.Gift of Life, the donor program for all of eastern Pennsylvania, set a new national record for the highest number of organ donors in 2015 thanks to the generosity of families throughout the region, Koomar said.More information is available at
