Wells Fargo & Company has announced that Shane Minnich has been named district manager for the bank’s Schuylkill Region, which includes nine stores across Schuylkill and Berks counties. His office is at the bank’s Frackville store.

Minnich has been with the company since December of 2010, beginning as a personal banker in the Fairlane Village store in Pottsville. He was named manager of the Tamaqua store in June 2012.

A Schuylkill Haven resident, Minnich volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Schuylkill County.

He attended Penn State University where he studied marketing.
