An Amber alert has been issued for all counties in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Police are searching for a woman accused of kidnapping a baby at the King of Prussia Mall in Montgomery County.Upper Merion Township police responded to the food court area of the King of Prussia plaza for a reported abduction around 5:45 p.m. Thursday. The Upper Merion Police Chief told NBC10 the 7-week-old baby boy, identified as Ahsir Simmons, was kidnapped by a stranger at the mall.Ahsir was wearing a bright orange shirt and blue jeans.He was abducted from his stroller by an unknown black female, approximately 5 foot 3 inches tall and approximately 135 pounds, long black straight hair wearing a light colored short sleeve shirt with horizontal stripes, black pants and dark shoes. She was carrying a bright orange pocket book.
