One of two drivers involved in a crash at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Route 115 and Rocky Mountain Drive North, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, was cited.

State police at Fern Ridge said Tina M. Franco, 42, of Effort, was turning left onto 115 from Rocky Mountain Drive when her 2005 Mercury Mountaineer struck the right passenger side of a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze driven southbound on 115 by John S. Bamberger, 19, of Blakeslee.No one was injured, but both vehicles had to be towed.Troopers cited Franco.
