A Carbon County man admitted on Thursday his part in a string of burglaries.

Joseph Michael Moyer, 32, of Beaver Meadows, and formerly of Jim Thorpe, entered guilty pleas in three pending cases stemming from burglaries in Franklin Township. Moyer pleaded to two counts of criminal conspiracy-criminal trespass, both felony threes, and one count of criminal conspiracy-theft, a felony two.Moyer admitted his part in the burglaries by driving Rodney Green, of Lehighton, to locations along Vine Street and Penn Forest Street in the township. Green entered the homes and stole various items, including jewelry and cash. There were three entries, two in June and one in May 2015. Green pleaded guilty to counts of criminal trespass and theft in December before President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II. Sentencing is pending.Serfass accepted the pleas but deferred sentencing to a later date.
