Blue Mountain Health System will offer two food and nutrition health fairs for National Nutrition Month. The fair at the Gnaden Huetten campus will be held March 29 in the hospital's ground floor lobby, 211 N. 12th St. in Lehighton, and on March 30 in the cafe at the Palmerton Hospital campus at 135 Lafayette Ave. in Palmerton. Both fairs will be from 10 a.m. to noon.

The 2016 theme is "Savor the Flavor of Eating Right," which encourages everyone to take time to enjoy food traditions and appreciate the pleasures, great flavors and social experiences food can add to our lives.The health fairs are offered at no charge. Registered dietitians will offer product tastings and samples, nutrition information and literature and door prizes. Dietitians will be available to answer all of your nutrition-related questions.No registration is required.
