Schuylkill County judges sentenced the following people to probation after local incidents:

Jonathan Evanco, 22, of McAdoo: Charged by McAdoo police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 21, 2015. Judge Cyrus P. Dolbin sentenced him to serve 12 months probation and to pay court costs and fees.Carl Rex Jr.,41, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on March 22, 2014.Dolbin sentenced him to 23 months of probation, and to pay court costs and fees.Robert Kosica,47, of Albrightsville: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to obey stop signs and speeding.Dolbin sentenced him to 12 months of probation, fined him $200, and ordered him to pay court costs and fees.The stop sign and speeding charges were dropped.Krystle Ketchledge,25, of Tamaqua: Charged by Mahanoy City police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 9, 2015.President Judge William E. Baldwin sentenced her to 12 months of probation and to pay court costs and fees.One count of possession with intent to deliver was dropped.Edward Rivera,30, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with criminal conspiracy on Oct. 25, 2014.Baldwin sentenced him to 12 months of probation, to pay $604 in restitution to Walmart, and to pay court costs and fees.
