Schuylkill County judges have ruled on the cases of four people charged by local police.

Kyle Morales, 20, of Nesquehoning: Charged by Rush Township police on July 24, 2015, with careless driving, driving while operating privileges were suspended or revoked, and driving without insurance and disorderly conduct/obscene language/gestures.He pleaded guilty to the disorderly conduct charge on Jan. 27, and Judge James Goodman fined him $300.The other charges were dropped.Wendy Kaminitsky, 38, of Summit Hill: Charged by Coaldale police with driving with a suspended license on Aug. 29, 2015.Kaminitsky pleaded guilty, and Goodman sentenced her to 60 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring.Amanda J. Dezolt, 30, of Weatherly: Charged by Tamaqua police with retail theft, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 22, 2014.Judge John J. Domalakes sentenced her to 18 months of strict supervision. She was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Paul B. Petrus Sr., 47 of Mahanoy City: Charged by Mahanoy City police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 12, 2014.Domalakes sentenced him to 12 months of probation, and to pay court costs and fees.
