The Schuylkill county prison board reorganized this month, appointing county Commissioner George F. Halcovage Jr. to another term as chairman. Other prison board members are District Attorney Christine Holman, Sheriff Joseph Groody, President Judge William E. Baldwin, Controller Christy D. Joy, and commissioners Frank J. Staudenmeier and Gary J. Hess.
