The Carbon County Republican Committee is planning a "Lincoln Day" dinner forFeb. 12 at the Blue Shamrock in Palmerton. Guest speakers will include: U.S. Congressman Lou Barletta; state Sen. John Rafferty, who is a nominee for Pennsylvania Attorney General; Matt Connolly, nominee for U.S. Congress; and Rob Wonderling, former state senator and currently CEO and president of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
