Schuylkill County Judge John J. Domalakes has sentenced five people charged by local police. All were ordered to pay court costs and fees in addition to their punishments.

Kathy A. Terry,43, of Coaldale: Charged by Coaldale police with terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct/obscene language, harassment, disorderly conduct/unreasonable noise and public drunkenness on March 1, 2015.Domalakes fined her $300 on the charge of disorderly conduct/unreasonable noise, and $25 on the public drunkenness charge. All other charges were dropped.Alyssa A. Emmert,24, of Ringtown: Charged by McAdoo police with open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on April 18, 2015. Domalakes fined her $300 each on the disorderly conduct and public drunkenness charges.The charge of open lewdness was dropped.Natalie Ohl,21, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia on March 1, 2015. Domalakes sentenced her to 12 months of probation.In a separate case, he sentenced her to the same punishment, to be served concurrently, on another charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, this one imposed by Tamaqua police on May 30, 2015.Rebecca Fannock,22, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with theft of leased property and receiving stolen property on March 31, 2015. Domalakes sentenced her to pay $547 in restitution to Rent-A-Center and serve 12 months of probation.Gary L. Young Jr.,26, of Quakake: Charged by Rush Township police with driving under the influence and careless driving on April 11, 2015. Domalakes sentenced him to 72 hours to six months in jail, fined him $1,000, and suspended his license for 12 months. He was also ordered to complete Alcohol Highway Safety School. Young's sentence begins Jan. 27. The careless driving charge was dropped.
